story sale + a sneak peek at my new zine

Hey y’all,
This is mostly just a quick heads up that I will be posting a bunch of artwork, zines, books, plant-dyed textiles, and clothing for sale on my Instagram story tomorrow morning. Cleaning out my closet and studio I’ve found a variety of items that I’d like to pass on to new homes, and I think it’s a pretty interesting assortment (including the wool yarn I dyed last week, pictured below). Everything will be priced to sell and first-come-first-serve. I’m not sure exactly what time I’ll start posting, but check in around 11am!

I made a new zine inspired by rowan trees, the traditional magic practices and folklore surrounding them, and the grounding feeling of being in the place one is meant to be. This poem took a long time to come to me, and while I think the booklet layout still needs some tweaks, it’s almost ready and I’m excited to share it with the world very soon!
The zine will be released at the TWIST Zine Fair on October 4th in White River Junction. It will also be included in Junction Fiber Mill’s Holiday Mill Box this year - if you’re thinking about holiday shopping yet (eek) this is a great option for the fiber-lover in your life!
